Sorry I had a typo in my previous post

Sound3D(assetsLoader.getSound(modelsContainer[i].modelName + "Sound",
true), camera, d);

is actually

Sound3D(assetsLoader.getSound(modelsContainer[i].modelName + "Sound",
true), camera, driver);

any help would be appreciated
