Is there anything in between ShadingColorMaterial (ugly flat shading)
and PhongColorMaterial (too CPU expensive) for smooth color shading?

Something like Lambert or Gouraund smooth material for Color (not
bitmap textures)?

I've noticed many material options for bitmap textures like:
DiffusePBMaterial, Dot3BitmapMaterial but can they be used with Color
not texture?

One last question. Can the surfaceCache property be used on a
PhongColorMaterial to speed up framerate if the light-model positions
are consistant for a period of time?
