yes, its a known AIR flaw
when an app is compiled with a given AIR version, somehow install fails for the 
same app compiled with an higher version.
or when the app descriptor is updated. AIR thinks its another app using the 
same name...
fix is simple, simply delete by hand the previously installed Prefab. Run the 
installer again (should be on your desktop if you have runned the auto 
installer when prompted)
or download it again from my site www.closier.nl/prefab
