Some questions and info for the Away3D team,

   - CubeMap seems to blow up with resource error when using 2048 x 2048
   image sizes.
   - Noticed parts of the cubemap on the skybox were not rendered if camera
   position was not moved
   - My GTX470 display driver locked up and restarted a few times building
   these examples (player problem I think)
