I'm pretty sure that 10.3 is the last sub-update:

I also know nothing, but I would guess that some time after this
summer could be a good time. The first version of FP10 was released 14
Oct 2008. A little less than 3 years for the next main iteration would
not seem unfair? We'll see :)
