sounds like a player issue to do with the GPU render layer.

If you come across any oddities like this (ie ones that are odd enough to
not be explainable by actionscript errors) then the best thing to do is log
the in Adobe's bugbase:

http://bugs.adobe.com/jira

there is now an option for registering Flash 11 bugs.
