it's not really how "big" a game is, but how much it demands from the GPU/CPU and RAM at any given moment. The best way is to make something that runs well on a low to mid-level machine to ensure the widest audience. There are just too many variables to give a definite answer. I suppose you use the stats utility that reports real-time frame rate and RAM usage? Just start small and build on it, try to optimize, and see where it goes
