we are running a small test w/ 3 line segments and a plane. It has an fps of 14. But when I change (increase or decrease) the window size, the fps jumps to 60 and stays there. What may be causing this strange behavior? Any feedback would be very helpful.
Some details - We are running this on a windows7 box with i5 processor w/ onboard graphics and IE browser. Raja
