[PATCH] awful.widget.taglist: check whether a tag should be displayed at all

awful.widget.taglist.label.noempty didn't seem to work in the latest
next commit, it can return nil (when the tag should not be displayed),
and this would result in an error when trying to set the attributes of
the widget, attached patch should fix it.
