Details - If I have 2 screens and try to open say a terminal on the second, it appears on the first. On the other monitor (I'll call it first), it appears to behave correctly.
Also dragging between screens is messed up. Sometimes I can't drag to the
other screen. Sometimes when I drag onto an app in another window, they don't
switch places, just the other window joins that screen.
These issues weren't in 3.1, so I assume these are regressions.
