Details - I placed gimp and designer (QT designed) into my floatapp list and
whenever I launch one or another, it doesn't behave correctly.
All gimp windows except one (the main) are floating.
None of the QT Designer windows are floating.
I traced a bit in lua and the "c.floating = true" line is called. There is
something buggy.
