steps to reproduce :
- copy the default rc.lua to ~/.config/awesome/rc.lua
- add the following line after require("naughty"):
naughty.config.width=1280
- restart awesome, and in a terminal, send a message via dbus, for example with
notify-send :
$ notify-send test
- the width of the popup seems to be unchanged
