I just installed Awesome 3.2rc4 on Ubuntu Intrepid following this method http://tinyurl.com/cx5yp7..
It seems however that there is some kind of rendering error when I drag a
floating window over two tiled windows.. I've taken two before/after
screenshots http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/384218/awesomeRenderingError1.jpg and
http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/384218/awesomeRenderingError2.jpg.
The problem also occurs when I drag a window between two screens, and
furthermore, no matter what application(s) I do it with.
It does not occur in Gnome/Compiz, which is why I think the problem is Awesome.
Finally, I should probably tell that I use the intel graphics driver.
