---------- I experience the same problem, both with x11 and console interface. I think this is actually a VLC bug, and not awesome's fault. I found this: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=39820&p=184766 It seems you need a very recent VLC version to have that fixed. I haven't tried it yet. Off-topic rant: does VLC have any kind of working bug tracker?
