I've implemented a first try at what I'm thinking about. It's not enough, but you know how much I hate this titlebar. My current approach tries to anticipate the shaded status (with that it would be trivial to add). What's missing at least in my patches, is I think that we should also rewrite the titlebar_set_visible() part to be just a call to need_arrange(), so it would be banned by modifying a bit titlebar_isvisible(). Maarten, you're the titlebar expert, what do you think?
