It behaves exactly the same as roxterm. My guess is that gnome-terminal and mostly any other vte-based
terminal will exhibit the same problem. These apps just seem to have their own way of defining
"max" and/or "fullscreen" dimensions. I've worked around it by patching
event.c:event_handle_configurerequest to set geometry.{width,height} to the maximum of that of the
client's and the event's, if c->isfullscreen, but that is hardly a solution imo. Right now I'm not
sure if this is something related to awesome or these apps... :-\
