Details - When working with qemu, the window is often dynamically resized to
fit suit the resolution of the running OS. size_hints_honor must be true to
allow this resizing, manual resize is not allowed by the application.
Now, if the tag that the window is displayed on is not active during the
automated resize, an artifact of the resized window will be visible on all
tags. If the tag stays focused, the resize of the qemu window is not visible
until the user attempts to moved or resize it manually.
