Details - The BMA (Bob Marley Algorithm, soon on Wikipedia!) which is used to
not received mouse events while arranging needs to be changed.
It's currently only used inside rebanning code, but it should also be used when
moving a window (client:geometry()) so we are sure that when the Lua code
reorganize window, no one receive enter/leave events.
