Details - Upgraded to awesome 3.4.1 and used the new default awesomerc file,
modified slightly so that the only window tile layouts used are tile and
tile.bottom.
For some reason, when I spawn a new xterm, it does not expand to fill the
available space. Generation of a second xterm creates a window that overlaps
with the first and does not fill available witdth. I have no idea how to get it
to do so, actually. Never had this issue in 3.3.
