Details - There is a bug in wmsetbg, for which it segfaults when trying to load
big .png files (like the default theme bg) in x86 linux at least.

The bug is due to wmsetbg exhausting the process stack when opening big png
files. As a workaround, the stack size can be increased with ulimit.

I wanted to post a bug to windowmaker bug tracker, but I cannot find it and
since its development seems a bit stalled, perhaps the best solution would be
to remove this bg set tool from the list.

I hit this under Gentoo linux, but more people are afected, see for instance
the debian related bug here:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=148370
