Details - ICCCM, chapter 4.3, mandates that the window manager aquires
ownership of the WM_Sn selection for each screen it is managing.
Via this the --replace flag that some window managers support is implemented.
The new window manager steals the WM_Sn selection which makes the old one exit
gracefully.
It would be nice if awesome supported --replace, so I guess we need the WM_Sn
selection. :)
