seat0: mouse0 + keyboard0 + xterm0
seat1: mouse1 + keyboard1 + xterm1

I opened two xterm. mouse0 click xterm0, mouse1 click xterm1.
So, keyboard1 & mouse1 work inside the xterm1.
mouse0 & mouse1 work inside the xterm0.

But, when I click the mouse1 again on xterm1.
Both keyboard0 & keyboard1 could typing into xterm1.
I wish keyboard0 don't send event into xterm1.
