Details - Try the attached patch, open a client, move around on its titlebar
and cry.
The problem is that the code cannot figure out which titlebar the event is for,
because event_x/y for Enter/LeaveNotify a) contain the final position of the
mouse (so this breaks LeaveNotify) and b) seem to enter/leave the window too
early (I saw EnterNotifies with coordinates of -2 (and LeaveNotifies with
coordinates of -7, but that one is expected due to (a)))
