Details - Issue:
Some windows can not be resized with mod-<right mouse> or can only resized in
one direction.
Cause:
This occurs if the wmctrl attribute maximized_vert and/or maximized_horz
attribute is set.
If it is unset by,
wmctrl -ir $window_id -b remove,maximized_vert,maximized_horz
resizing is working properly.
