Details - When moving a window with the titlebar the mouse cursor has to be
exactly still. If I move the mouse cursor, while at the same time trying to
grab the titlebar, nothing happens.
I think this bug was introduced with this commit: Revert "Support more than 5 mouse
buttons" (FS#1082).
The same thing happens when i use the right mouse button on the titlebar to
resize. This problem does not appear when moving or resizing windows using the
mod key.
