Currently, I have a hack that serialize tag/client association and de-serialize/restore them upon restart (just in case someone is curious about this, my config is released on github with usage doc: https://github.com/pw4ever/awesome-wm-config). But the problem is that the current hack only remember tag names and tag/client association without remembering other tag properties. @psychon In this case, switching them shall work. But I am not sure whether this subtle interaction ("order dependency") will creep up somewhere else. @psychon Could you patch this on upcoming release?
