awsetbg man page mistake

Hi,

I am translating awsetbg man page in French. I discovered a (very
little) error in the English man page, in the option section :
       -c file
           Set centered wallpaper.

       -t file
           Set centered wallpaper.

The -t option should be "Set tiled wallpaper"

Thanks to change it for next release. For the French translation, I do 
this change now.
