Same with Firefox here. I'm using latest git snapshot. If I have firefox tagged in my config to appear on tag 3 then it will show up on the currently selected tag on top of everything and it will be "sticky" - that is appear on every other tag until I switch to the tag where it was supposed to be started, only then it locks it self there.
If I comment it out from apptags then it behaves normally, starts on the current tag, is not on-top, is not sticky...
This happens every time, while it did not with the last stable version I used - 3.1.2. All my other apptags (emacs, gajim, amarok, xine...) continue to work normal.
