Sure, whatever fits one's requirements best.  For me emacs is the first
app I start in the morning and the last app I close in the evening, and
there're days where I don't start any other app in between. ;-)

The main reason I like with my approach is that it doesn't depend on
which agenda I want to display.  I could export the "list of todos"
agenda, the "stuck projects view", the timeline and whatever org
supports without any changes. [1]
