Client appears a moment in the current tag

Hi all!

I've a problem and I don't know what is the reason. I think I make
something badly.
So: when I open a client that has rule (specified tag) it appears a
moment on the current tag and after that it will be appear on the
correct tag. So my rules are OK, my "manage" signal:

client.add_signal("manage",function (c,startup)
    if not startup then
        if not c.size_hints.user_position and not
c.size_hints.program_position then
            awful.placement.no_overlap(c)
            awful.placement.no_offscreen(c)
        end
    end
end)

What's wrong? Should I post all config?
