Hi Marco. I'm using xcalib exacly as you say with a dual monitor setup 
(nvidia twinview/xranrd and xinerama on another config).

By default it flips all screens. With twinview, anything but -s0 will 
not work. I cannot test on nvidia/xinerama right now.
