Hi all You can set dpi of your screen at least in 4 ways:
1. Xorg.conf - setting the dpi value or the screen size in (mm) 2. In .Xresources or .Xdefaults 3. Using the command *xrandr* 4. When stating X with *startx* using the arguments -dpi Relative to awesome I don't know... I would like to now... But after all I'm disappointed... I've 2 laptops now, and I was expecting that setting the correct DPI in each laptop they would display the same font size... for example in *urxvt* where you set the font size in pt units... But this doesn't happens... Actually I was expecting that the fonts displayed in the screen had +- the same size of the ones printed on a paper... But I can't achieve that. Anyone can explain this? Thanks? And relative to awesome wm I would be very happy if there was an working solution. Thanks __ Cumprimentos André Pinhal
