Hi

This is likely very straightforward, but I am stuck:

I installed Ubuntu Raring Ringtail new, installed awesome and loged out and
wanted to start awesome - but I can't find a way of selecting the session!.
I tried gdm, and there the session selector is greyed out, indicating to me
that I only have one session available, but I have:

07:44:52 ~$ ls /usr/share/xsessions/
total 12
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 158 Dec 24 15:36 awesome.desktop
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 188 Mar 21 07:08 gnome.desktop
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 185 Mar 21 07:08 ubuntu.desktop

So what the heck is going on here? Am I to dumb to find the session
selector under lightdm?

Rainer
