[9] Review request for 8066756: Test test/sun/awt/dnd/8024061/bug8024061.java fails

Hello AWT team,

Could you please request review the fix for the test failure:

The fix simply removes the assertion from the test which has become 
invalid after JDK-8065098 was fixed.
