The fixes for the JDK modifications seem to be just about the only thing
in here ..
The way the attribution for openbsd-reallocarray.c is now looks weird in
the .md file
but so long as the lawyers say it is OK ...

The giflib was updated from 5.1.8 to 5.2.1.
Some "JDK modifications" were dropped because the upstream code was
fixed.
Mach5 is green.
