Vikas,
DoInsert and DoUpdate are methods in the Kernel of Axapta. Typicaly when a record is inserted the Insert Method will be called which when it is done calls the doInsert method to actually commit the data, same is true for the update and doUpdate methods. This model allows us to place logic in the insert and update methods as needed, but also gives us an avenue to bypass that logic when it's not needed by calling the doupdat and doInsert methods directly. If you need to track all changes done to a table including those that arebeing done by x++ code bypassing insert and update you will need to use database logging module. If you have the License for this it will be on Administration\Setup\Database Log.
