Hi Suneel

yes you can export the report in microsoft excel. for this purpose you need to
1st run the report and then view it. later click at printer icon, later there
will be a screen from there you can choose the either you want to print it or
want to save it. from there select the excel and then there would be folder
sign click on it and then choose the folder in your computer where do you want
to save the report. type the name of file(.)xls remember it is necessary to
save type .xls otherwise file would be saved in text mode.

if you still have any hesitation you can contact me.

thanks & regards,
Irshad

Suneel,

you have an option to save the report as HTML and open with Excel.

Or are you asking this functionality with code ??
