Thank you for the links. Unfortunately, it still won't get past the
bloodshot eyed Tux. I tried loading the files on CF, internal storage, and
on an SD card with no prevail. Has anyone successfully been known to run it
on the x50 Mid? (I've only read about the x50v and x50 low successes)

Try with http://personales.ya.com/salem/x50v-linux.tar.bz2
and with http://personales.ya.com/salem/zImage.img
rename zImage.img to zImage  (take out the extension)

Now i don't remember if the first link is the pack with all the files
for booting linux, i remember uploading it for someone to try, so it
should be all the files needed :p
