just for the record... I partially succeded to htlmify ALLPROSE by using
tex4ht. See http://www.hemmecke.de/aldor for what I currently achieved.
Eitan, thank you for your tex4ht work.
I had to switch off the "framed" and "srcltx" packages and just don't
modify the standard "verbatim" package.
srcltx is not needed anyway.
verbatim is not a big problem. The font is just not as small as in the
dvi file.
framed is for a colored backgrounds. That can certainly achieved in some
other way. Eitan, do you know how I could achieve it.
Eitan, I also would like to know how exactly do I switch of these
packages via an allprose.4ht config file. Can you give some hints or
references to some documentation?
It' is very strange for me that I could not use "\maketitle" together
with tex4ht. Eitan, why doesn't this work?
If you look at Section 25.7.1 (item 3) you will realize that the tex4ht
output indents too much after a code chunk. Looks like a bug to me. The
HTML is not correct.
I don't know why the index does not provide hyperlinks :-(
