Ooops. Wrong list. This discussion should go to axiom-legal
which was created for the express purpose of keeping legal
issues out of the developer list. Please use that list instead.

I had an email discussion with Richard Stallman about the issue of
using GPL and BSD licensed programs together in a non-commmercial
setting. His statement is that the two licenses are compatible and he
sees no license problems that arise in either direction.

That said, I beg of you not to continue a legal discussion in
the developer list.
