Axiom build with this patch fails numerous tests, for example
calculus2.input. AFAICS runtime compilation is broken: the comiler
can not read back intermediate files it wrote. ATM I do not see what
is the reason, but the only Lisp related change seems to be to
src/lisp/Makefile.pamphlet, my first guess is that initial-env.lisp
is causing the problem.
