There were claims that meta translator does not work. One can
easily check that fnewmeta.lisp file can be recreated from
fnew.meta:
1) Extract fnew.meta (note that noweb mangles it)
2) start axiom
)lisp (|oldParserAutoloadOnceTrigger|)
)lisp (meta "fnew.meta" "fnew.lisp")
One can check that differences between fnew.lisp fnewmeta.lisp
are trivial (due to different Lisp printer).
