The Axiom build order graph now exists at: http://axiom-developer.org/axiom-website/documentation.html#buildorder
The categories, domains, and packages have distinct colors (see the bottom layer for the colors of each). Some nodes are elliptical. These nodes are part of the bootstrap process. Only edges that represent a dependence on the prior layer are present. The graph is in scalable vector graphics format so you can scale it in your browser using Ctrl- and Ctrl+ although it is rather large. The patch is too large to post.
