Yes, numeric integration is broken in Axiom at the moment. NAG has a library that implemented a fair portion of the numeric mathematics in the commercial version of Axiom. I am in the process of recreating this functionality but it is not yet ready for release. The NAG API still exists but there is no code behind it in the release.
