Simply put, no C++ programming experience.  The C support, while in itself 
is a good thing, allows non-C languages to use Web Services for the client 
side by calling the C stubs.    I can foresee creating an option to 
generate -lrpg  or -lcobol that generate rpg/cobol stubs that use the C 
APIs to perform access web services. 

Same kind of logic for server side if things.  No C++ coding experience...
