Trace calls to wrappers and handlers

Calls to wrapper functions and handlers are not traced since they are user
code. But trace should be added to the Axis engine before and after the call is
made. This would make diagnosing problems in this area easier. The trace tool
probably could not instrument the code here, so instead the trace points would
have to be added in manually.
