I've made a form to migrate the C++ site to Forrest 0.6. Then, I'll commit the source to 'ws-axis\site\src4forrest-060\cpp'. In addition, I have a plan to update the instructions at: <http://ws.apache.org/axis/howtobuild.html>

The main point of the migration is a transforming from *.ihtml to *.xml, because *.ihtml is deprecated in Forrest 0.6. After preparing for the migration, I'll be back again.
