XML Problems in client.wsdd are never reported to and silently ignored

If there is an XML error in client.wsdd file, it is never reported and
slilently ignored.
User never get to know that a handler is not applied in this case, unless the
user checks SOAP steam to see if the headers are there.
I think that there should be some error message.
