Fw: ISoapFault no more used?

Hi Samisa,
We still need ISoapFault! The generated stubs use ISoapFault to get the
fault object. The generated code from FaultMappingDoc test shows this.
Client applications that use generated stubs will not use ISoapFault
though.

Hi Mark,
    With the intorduction of SoapFaultException, ISoapFault is no more
used.

    Hence, can we remove this from source?
