SimpleArray test client not compiling

SimpleArray test connot be compiled because of some errors in client code and 
some errors in genrated code.Following is the error of generated code.

intArrayType.hpp(27) : error C2871: 'std' : does not exist or is not a namespace

Following fixes to the client code made the code compiling but did not check 
whether it is running properly.
